How the metrics work ↓

The connected detail

Keep the context.
Not just the call count.

Purpose-built views bring the parts of an operation together.

The record behind the response.

See the incoming line, configured destination, recorded outcome, and recording reference together.

Call historyRecording references

A path from source to service.

Connect configured campaign numbers to the phone-menu choices and services callers select.

Source attributionService tracking

A workflow built around your business.

Connect FreePBX/Asterisk reporting and Joomla workflows, with custom views and optional lead billing.

IntegrationsLead decisions

Available fields and integrations depend on your installed modules, recorded events, and configuration.

Clarity, built in

Useful numbers.
Clear definitions.

A system answer isn’t a confirmed acceptance. Total call duration isn’t the same as talk time.

Keep those differences visible. Expand a reporting area for the details.

Call activity & timing
Recorded call volume
Call records in the selected reporting period—not completed jobs or sales.
System answer status
The recorded answer event may be an automated menu or voicemail. It does not establish human acceptance.
Total duration
Elapsed time in the call record, which may include ringing and time in menus.
Post-acceptance time
Time supported by the available acceptance and bridge events. Missing evidence stays unavailable, not zero or a guessed duration.
Connected talk time
A separate measurement when supported by the recorded events. It is not interchangeable with total duration or average handling time.
Sources & service selections
Configured source
Attribution from configured tracking numbers, campaigns, and recorded fields—not an estimate of all organic traffic.
Service selection
The recorded menu choice and its configured service and destination. Missing selections remain unclassified.
Acceptance & optional lead billing
Confirmed acceptance
A configured confirmation event, such as Press 1, recorded separately from system answer and charge status.
Billable and no-charge outcomes
Decisions apply the configured acceptance, timing, duplicate, and pricing rules. An accepted call can still be nonbillable.
Exceptions
Missing evidence is held for review. This demonstration does not alter real billing records.
Demo rules
Fictional examples use Press 1, a 30-second minimum, a four-hour duplicate window, and a $10 illustrative rate. These are not a service quote.
Recording references & access
Recording reference
Whether the call record contains a recording reference. Playback needs the retained audio file and authorized access.
Public demonstration
No customer recordings or audio files are supplied here. Real caller numbers and production billing data are not included.

Phone systems & call centers
What connects to an existing phone system?

Integrations are scoped around the PBX, installed modules, event fields, and access available in your environment. Reporting and recording access are verified against the deployed system before connecting production data.

What about agent and queue reporting?

Live queue depth, agent availability, abandonment, occupancy, and service-level reporting require suitable queue and agent events. They are separately scoped—not represented as enabled by this public demonstration.

Is this the production application?

No. This is an interactive website demonstration of documented feature areas using fictional records. It does not connect to the production PBX, place calls, play customer recordings, or change invoices.
